He is also the CEO and president of Walker Financial Services and a college football analyst for ESPN. He joined ESPN in 2005 as a college football analyst where he currently calls HBCU games alongside play-by-play commentator Tiffany Greens he started his television career with BET and then joined the now-defunct MBC Network from 2002 to 2005.
